The Court: In view of the order dated 8 th August, 2018, the decree-holder

produces the records of the arbitration proceedings.

Since this is a decree dated 8 th August, 2013, the Department is directed to

issue a notice under Order 21 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908

and file a report on the returnable date.

In the meantime, the judgment-debtors are directed to file an affidavit of

assets in Form No. 16A of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

There will be an order in terms of prayer (f) of the Tabular Statement.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

Leave is granted to the decree-holder to communicate this order and serve

a notice on the judgment-debtors informing them of the passing of this order
