The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the earlier orders passed in this application for filing of

Affidavit of Assets, the judgment-debtors have failed, refused and neglected to

file their Affidavit of Assets.

As a last opportunity, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their

respective Affidavit of Assets in Form No.16 A, Appendix-E of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908 within a period of eight weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2021.

In default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets, appropriate orders for

issuance of warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is directed to inform the judgment-debtors of the

passing of this order forthwith and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable

date.
