The Court: It appears from the Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the

judgment debtor that the judgment debtor no. 1 has refused to accept service. It

also appears from the earlier orders passed by this Court that the judgment

debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the deliberate failure on behalf of the judgment debtor to file their

Affidavit of Assets in terms of the earlier orders of Court, let warrants of arrest be

issued against by the judgment debtors. The warrants are made returnable on 15

January, 2022.

In the meantime, the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-

in-Charge of the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the

warrants of arrest on or before the returnable date and file a Report as to why the

earlier warrant of arrest could not be executed against the judgment debtors.
