The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that despite

earlier orders of Court, the judgment debtor no. 2 has not filed any affidavit of

assets.

In view of the deliberate and intentional refusal of the judgment debtor no. 2

to comply with the orders of Court, let a warrant of arrest be issued against the

judgment debtor no. 2. The warrant of arrest is made returnable by or before 30

November 2021.

In the meantime, the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-

in-Charge of the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the

warrant of arrest on or before the returnable date and file a Report as to why the

earlier warrant of arrest could not be executed against the judgment debtors.
