This appeal is directed against the judgment and

order dated June 15, 2016 passed in W.P. No.11089

(W) of 2012 with W.P. No.5232 (W) of 2012 with CAN

7339 of 2012, CAN 6346 of 2012 and CAN 6787 of

2012.

At this stage, on call, Mr. Ahijit Chatterjee,

learned senior advocate submits that the appeal has

become infractuous and the appeal has not been

pressed.

Hence, the appeal being FMA 90 of 2017 stands

dismissed as infractuous.
