Smt. Pushpa Devi Mohata & Ors.
Vs.
Sri Bijoy Kumar Jalan & Ors.
Mr. Sanjib Seth, Mr. Amit Singh.
... For the petitioners.
Mr. Arnab Dutt.
....For the opposite parties.
Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
petitioners submits that the revisional application is
now infructuous.
It appears that the petitioners challenged an
order dated 21st June, 2018 passed by the learned
Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Howrah in Title
Appeal No. 71 of 1998. The judgment and decree
dated 30th September, 1999 passed by the learned
Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Howrah arising
out of the judgment and decree dated 27th February,
1998 in Title Suit No. 187 of 1994 was decided.
The second appeal being S.A. 211 of 2000 was
preferred challenging the judgments and the decree of
the appeal Court below. Now it is pointed out that the
second appeal has been disposed of and this
revisional application becomes infructuous.
On submission, the revisional application being
C.O. 3517 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this
Court.
