It is contended on behalf of the State that, the execution petition was not

served. There is a report of the Registrar, Original Side dated January 4, 2021

that, the article sent to the judgment-debtor was returned unserved with postal

remark "left without instructions".

In order to avoid controversy, it would be appropriate to direct the award-

holder to serve a copy of the execution application upon the learned Advocate-on-

Record for the State.
