Vs.
The State of West Bengal & ors.
Mr. Subrata Bhattacharjya ... for appellant.
Mr. Saikat Banerjee,
Mr. Uttam Kumar Roy ... for respondent no.2.
Applicant / appellant goes unrepresented. Respondent no.2 is represented by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate.
It appears that the application carries the prayer which would allow the appeal inasmuch as setting aside of impugned judgment dated 25 th September, 2019 has been prayed for. The first Court was not impressed by the two documents produced in applicant's subsequent writ, which documents were found to have come into existence after appellant had obtained employment as group - "D" staff in the subordinate judiciary.
At this stage, Mr. Bhattacharjya, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and prays for adjournment and listing next Monday.
List on 15th February, 2021 as prayed for.
