The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that
notwithstanding an earlier order dated 13th December, 2018, the warrants of
arrest have not been executed.
In view of the aforesaid, the returnable date for execution of warrants of
arrest is extended by a period of two months from date.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of
arrest and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before
the returnable date.
Let this matter appear on 21st February, 2022. In the meantime, the
Deputy Sheriff is also directed to file a Report as to why the warrants of arrest
issued in terms of the order dated 13th December, 2018, has not yet been
executed.
