Date : 16th December, 2021.

The Court:- It is submitted by the petitioner that notwithstanding an order

dated 9th November, 2021, the warrant of arrest has not been executed against the

judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 3.

The Deputy Sheriff is directed to file a report as to why the warrant of arrest

has not been executed in respect of the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 3. The time to

execute the warrant of arrest is extended by a period of four weeks from date.

Let this matter appear on the 7th of February, 2022.

In the meantime, the Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned police station is directed to file a report as to why warrant of arrest

could not be executed in terms of the order dated 9th November, 2021.
