. This criminal revision application has remained pending since the year 2007. The revision application raises a challenge to the judgment and order dated 7 August 2007 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, Pune, in Sessions Case No.31 of 2005, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge acquitted the accused / respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant / petitioner (original complainant) submits that she has no instructions from the applicant / petitioner and is unable to argue the matter.

3. The present criminal revision application has remained pending since 2007 and was not circulated since 2008. The record further shows that on 8 February 2008, despite granting circulation, the applicant sought an adjournment. Upon perusal of the impugned order, there appear no infirmity or illegality and the same is passed in accordance with the settled principles of law.

4. In view of the above, the present revision application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
