2. Mr. Shah, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondent

No.1-Judgment Debtor seeks directions of this Court to the

Prothonotary & Senior Master to accept the Demand Draft of Rs.10

lakhs in part compliance of the order dated 21 st August 2025 in Interim

Application No.300 of 2025 and Interim Application (L) No. 957 of

2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the Applicants in Interim Application (L)

No.957 of 2025 and the Interim Application No.300 of 2025 have no

objection, if this Court directs the Prothonotary & Senior Master to

accept the Demand Draft of Rs.10 lakhs.

4. Accordingly, the Prothonotary & Senior Master is directed to

accept the Demand Draft of Rs.10 lakhs from the Respondent No.1-

Judgment Debtor.

5. Praecipe to accordingly stand disposed.
