. The present Application is filed for speaking to minutes seeking

correction in the judgment dated 07/12/2022 passed in Second Appeal

No. 231/2004. It appears that inadvertently, in Paragraph Nos. 2 & 5

and operative Clause (b) of the said judgment, there is mention of

'Regular Civil Suit No. 331/1984' instead of 'Regular Civil Suit

No. 332/1984'.

(2) As such, the Application is allowed. Necessary corrections be

carried out in the above said Paragraphs & Clause in the judgment dated

07/12/2022 by substituting the words 'Regular Civil Suit No.

331/1984' by the words 'Regular Civil Suit No. 332/1984' and corrected

judgment be uploaded.

(3) The Application stands disposed of.
