2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11.09.2025.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3/State.

4. Petitioner (s) is/are permitted to serve remaining respondent (s) by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner (s) shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

5. Petitioner is claiming that the age of the retirement is 65 years. He submits that despite there are various judgments including the judgments of this Court and 2 939.wp.4757.2025.odt

Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Management may relieve the petitioner on attaining the age of 60 years.

6. The petitioner is ready to give undertaking that the petitioner would not claim any salary, if she fails in the petition. Further, she will not claim any salary till the decision of this petition.

7. The petitioner shall file such undertaking within one week from today.

8. In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed not to relieve the petitioner till next date.

9. Place this matter on 11.09.2025 for final disposal.
