Mr. Abir Patel, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent
no.1 and Mr. Aditya Hegde, the learned counsel appearing for the
respondent no.2 have raised no objection to the interim applications
seeking extension of time.
2. Mr. Nitesh Bhutekar, the learned counsel who appears for Hon'ble
Appellate Tribunal on instructions has apprised this Court about the
pending Appeals before the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
3. The learned counsel states that this Court may grant some more
time for deciding the Appeals preferred by the petitioners having regard to
the voluminous records in those matters.
4. Mr. Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants accepts

that the records of such Appeals are voluminous and does not oppose the
interim applications seeking extension of time granted by the writ Court
vide order dated 2nd April 2025 in Writ Petition No.3912 of 2025.
5. We, therefore, expect that within next six weeks a judgment would
be rendered by Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal in Appeal
No.AT06/00348/2025 along with connected appeals by six weeks.
