1. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the

employees of the Private Aided Ashram Schools and are entitled for the

benefit of the 'Assured Career Progress Scheme'. According to him, the

issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated September 21, 2013

delivered by this Court at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.2358 of

2013 (Kiran Namdeo Shinde and others Versus The State of Maharashtra

and others) with connected petitions.

2. Issue notice for final disposal of the matter, to the respondents,

returnable on September 23, 2024.

3. Shri N.S. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service

of notice for the respondents.
