1. These are the applications for condonation of 146 days' delay caused in preferring the First Appeals by the Acquiring Body against the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court.

2. Heard both the sides. Learned Senior Advocate Mr. P. V. Mandlik for Claimants fairly submits that the Court may consider the condonation of delay.

3. We have gone through the applications for condonation of delay.

4. For the reasons cited in the applications, same are allowed. Delay caused in preferring the First Appeals by the Acquiring Body is condoned. Appeals be registered.
