1. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in the

Applications.

2. In view thereof, the Interim Application (L) No.9954 of

2023 and Interim Application No.1796 of 2023 are disposed of as

withdrawn.

3. Garnishee Notice (L) No.34274 of 2022, Garnishee Notice

(L) No.34276 of 2022, Garnishee Notice (L) No.34280 of 2022,

Garnishee Notice (L) No.34281 of 2022, Garnishee Notice (L)

No.34282 of 2022 and Garnishee Notice (L) No.34318 of 2023 in

Interim Application No.2753 of 2022 shall be placed for compliance

on 25th January, 2024.
