1. When the matter is called out, Mr.Vakil, learned Counsel, appears

for the Plaintiff and submits that by order dated 9 th June 2022 and 11th

August 2022, the Suit had been adjourned sine-die in view of the

pending proceedings against the Defendant before the National

Company Law Tribunal. Learned Counsel also submits that the

moratorium was in subsistence until last year. Learned Counsel seeks

some time to take instructions on the present status. At his request, list

on 8th February 2024.
