Ms. Amin, appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner by their Letter dated 29 December 2023, addressed to the advocate for the Petitioner, directed him to withdraw both the Writ Petitions such as main Miscellaneous Appeal has already been decided by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes and the Petitioner will be now challenging the said impugned judgment and Order dated 19 October 2023 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes.

2. The Letter dated 29 December 2023, addressed by the Petitioner to the advocate for the Petitioner is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

3. The Petitioner is seeking liberty to challenge the impugned judgment and Order dated 19 October 2023.

4. Liberty as prayed is granted.

5. The Writ Petitions are disposed of, as not pressed.
