ORDER:
This application is filed for condonation of delay of 06 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 1/11/2023, passed in Sessions Case No.52/2020. The appellants are in jail. This is more than sufficient ground for condonation of delay. Since the applicants are in jail, they would not have gained anything by not preferring the appeal within time. Hence, the application is allowed. Appeal be registered.
