. The present Application is filed for speaking to minutes seeking correction in the judgment dated 02/01/2024 passed in Second Appeal No. 614/2005. It appears that inadvertently, in the second line of operative Clause (2) of the said judgment, there is mention of word 'Wardha' instead of word 'Yavatmal'.

(2) As such, the Application is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in the second line of operative Clause (2) of the said judgment dated 02/01/2024 by substituting the word 'Wardha' by the word 'Yavatmal' and corrected judgment be uploaded.
