The petition questions cancellation of the allotment of land in favour of the petitioners, in view of the judgment passed in Writ Petition No.1494 of 2022 dated 25/01/2023. It is however stated that an application for review of the aforesaid judgment by way of MCA Stamp No.6717 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, which is pending. Mr.Mirza, learned Sr.Advocate for respondent No.8, therefore submits that it would be appropriate if the review is decided so that the position in that regard would be clarified and then in terms thereof the present petition can be undertaken for consideration. He also submits that the pleadings are not complete.

2. List the matter on 06/09/2024, by which time the pleadings shall be complete in all respect.

3. Mr.Gadhia, learned counsel appears for respondent No.7 and raises a grievance that the cause list is not reflecting his name. The office is directed to do the needful in that regard.
