Appeal stands allowed. Judgment and order dated

05.04.2004 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge,

Udgir in Sessions Case No. 146/2001 is hereby quashed

and set aside. Appellants stand acquitted of an offence

under Section 498-A of IPC. Fine amount be refunded to

the Appellant No. 1 along with interest, if any,

accrued thereon. Bail bonds stands cancelled.
