1) The Petitioner assails Order dated 22nd June 2024 passed below

Exhibit-4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad. The challenge

is limited to paragraph no. 2 of the said Order, whereby the learned

Sessions Court while suspending the execution and operation of the

sentence in the Judgment and Order dated 21 st May 2024 in Summary

Criminal Case No. 919 of 2017, has directed the Petitioner herein/accused

to deposit 25% of the compensation amount of Rs. 8,52,000/- as per the

sentence imposed upon him in addition to simple imprisonment of six

months. 25% of the compensation amounts to Rs. 2,13,000/- only. The

Petitioner was directed to deposit the said amount within 30 days from the

date of said Order dated 22nd June 2024.

           2)                   Heard. Mr. Gopinath Rokade, learned counsel appearing for

the Petitioner, on instructions undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.

2,13,000/-, i.e., 25% of the amount of compensation as directed by the

learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad by its Order dated 22 nd June

2024 within a period of one week from the date of uploading of this Order.

2.1) He shall deposit the said amount in the Court of Additional

Sessions, Niphad.

3) In view of the above, the Petition is disposed off accordingly.
