returnable date in the matter, considering the order passed by this Court, dated

20.03.2024 in Writ Petition No.2989/2024 and order dated 17.04.2024, passed

in Writ Petition No.3710/2024 and in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in Dhananjay Malik & Ors. V/s. State of Uttaranchal & Ors;

2008 AIR SC 1913. The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that this

matter may be heard along with Writ Petition Nos. 2989/2024, 3710/2024 and

2457/2024.

3. List all these matters together on 03.09.2024.

4. In all these matters, office objections to be removed on or before

27.08.2024, failing which, the Petitions shall stand dismissed without reference

to the Court, on 28.08.2024.
