2. At the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioners we post these matters for final hearing on 2nd September 2024. The Petitioners and Respondents are directed to give a short synopsis along with compilation of judgments that they seek to rely upon to facilitate the disposal of these Petitions.

3. Accordingly, place these matters on 2nd September 2024 for directions with a clear understanding that they would be decided finally on the said date subject no doubt time constraints. If the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1182 of 2006 wishes to file Rejoinder, such Rejoinder should be filed and served latest by 14th August 2024.
