1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there is only partial compliance of clause (C) from the judgment and order dated 24.08.2021 in Writ Petition No. 8933 of 2018. The arrears of salary since 2014 have not been released.

2. The Education Officer was supposed to take up the steps in view of the judgment and order passed in the said Writ Petition. Under the said circumstance, issue simple notice to the respondent no.5, to be made returnable on 23.08.2024.

3. Petitioner is permitted to place copy of the Writ Petition on record.
