1. When the matter is called out, Ms.Sneha Patil, learned Counsel,

appears for the Defendants no.1 and 2 and submits that she has

instructions to seek some time as settlement talks are going on.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs opposes the same and submits that

he has no such instructions. Upon this submission, learned Counsel for

the Defendants no.1 and 2, Ms.Patil, seeks to tender across the bar a

communication dated 4th September 2023 from the Plaintiffs to the

Defendants no.1 and 2, which records that there is an assurance from

the Plaintiffs to take 2/3 months time on the ground of settlement and

to settle the matter amicably.

2. In this view of the matter, list on 6th December 2023 for the

parties to enter into Consent Terms.
