. The Petitioner herein has challenged the eviction decree passed

by the trial court and which has been confirmed by the Appellate Court

by judgment dated 04/04/2022 in A1 Appeal No.3/2013.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the

pendency of the Appeal, the Petitioner has deposited interim

compensation @ of Rs.2,26,000/- per month before the Appellate

Court, till the month of April, 2022. He states that the Petitioner shall

deposit the arrears from May, 2022 till date before this Court by

31/10/2023 and that the Petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly

interim compensation of Rs.2,26,000/- by 1st Monday of every month

until further orders. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to

the Court.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondents seeks expeditious hearing of

the Petition. The Respondents are senior citizens and the suit is of the

year 1992. Hence, the Petition be listed on final hearing board on

08/11/2023. Statement made earlier to continue till the next date of

hearing.
