the draft of the Consent Terms has already been submitted to the

learned Counsel for the Petitioning Creditors and they are to revert on

the same. However, as none is present on behalf of the Petitioning

Creditors today, learned Counsel for Judgment Debtors seeks some

more time to discuss the Consent Terms and finalise the same.
