1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that

the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai has decreed

the suit bearing R.A.D. Suit No.602 of 2010 by Judgment and

Decree dated 19th December 2020. He states that nothing

survives in the Writ Petition, wherein interim order was

challenged and therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

2. In view of above, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn

and dismissed as such.

3. In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition, nothing

survives in the Interim Applications and the same are

dismissed as such.
