This application is filed by the Plaintiff (the Board of

Mumbai Port Authority) seeking a summary judgment under Order

XIII-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the Liquidator of Tag Offshore Ltd seeks time to

file an affidavit in reply to the above Interim Application.

2 Considering these circumstances, it is directed that the

Liquidator of Tag Offshore Ltd shall file his affidavit in reply to the

above Interim Application within a period of two weeks from today and

serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Applicant/Plaintiff. If

the Plaintiff wants to file any rejoinder, it may do so within a period of

one week thereafter and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for

the Liquidator of Tag Offshore Ltd.

3 Place the above matter on Board "for hearing" on 25 th April,

2023.
