On hearing the argument on behalf of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, I am of the view that in order to protect the interest of the parties, it would be just and proper to stay the judgment and order dated 13.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur. Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 13.12.2022 is stayed till next date. The parties to act in terms of the order of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nagpur City dated 01.12.2022 till next date.
