1. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has placed on record

Judgment of the Supreme Court in case of H.N.Jagannath and Ors

Vs. State of Karnataka and Ors (2018) 11 Supreme Court Cases 104.

According to the learned Counsel, in view of the said Judgment, Civil

Court has no jurisdiction to examine acquisition proceedings. It is

held that it is only High Courts which get jurisdiction under Article

226 of the Constitution of India.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks time to go through

the said Judgment.

3. At his request, stand over to 20th April 2023.
