2. This is an application seeking suspension of execution of sentence passed in Sessions Case No. 21/2018 vid judgment and order dated 13.03.2019.

3. It has been submitted that both co-accused have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2019. It is also submitted that till date, the applicant has not applied for suspension of sentence.

4. Issue notice to non-applicant returnable on 28.03.2023. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.
