2. Issue notice for final disposal to the respondent No.2, returnable on 10th April 2023.

3. In view of judgment of the Apex Court in the case of S.W. Palanitkar vs . State of Bihar, reported in (2002) 5 SCC (Cri.) 129, the petitioner has made out a case for grant of ad-interim relief.

4. Till 10th April 2023, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).
