2. The applicant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment of

three years vide Judgment and order dated 18.05.2023. The trial

Court has suspended the sentence for a temporary period up to

17.06.2023. The order suspending sentence granted by the trial

Court is extended till next date of hearing.

3. Stand over to 19th July, 2023.
