Heard.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the judgment of this Court in Arshad Faizan Shah V/s. State of Maharashtra and another reported in 2021(3) Mh.L.J. 337 wherein the effect of issuance of validity certificate prior to the Circular dated 16.2.2015 has been considered. It is stated therein that the Circular dated 16.2.2015 is silent on the aspect of cancellation of validity certificate issued earlier. The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions in this regard and also produce the record of the Scrutiny Committee. Hence by way of last chance stand over two weeks.
