of Special Case No. 28 of 2019 has already been concluded and the Petitioner

has been acquitted from all the charges framed against him. She produced on

record a photocopy of Judgment and Order dated 7 th September 2021 passed

by the learned Special Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregaon,

Mumbai.

2. In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is

accordingly disposed off.
