. The Applicant has sought bail in C.R.No.444/2019 registered

with M.H.B. Colony Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable

under sections 323, 387, 394, 427, 452, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian

Penal Code.

2. Learned APP states that the Applicant has been acquitted in the

said crime. He has placed on record copy of the judgment dated

27/09/2022 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 68 th Court,

Borivali, Mumbai in view of which, this Application has been rendered

infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
