p.m. Mr.Rajure learned counsel for the first Appellant who is seeking

enhancement of compensation primarily on the ground that future

prospects in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

case of National Insurance Company Ltd. and Ors. Vs. Pranay Sethi &

Ors.1, that ought to have been awarded, has filed written submissions,

as well as handed over a chart of computation of compensation.

Ms.Bhansali learned counsel for Respondent seeks some time to

address the Court on why future prospects cannot be awarded in such

a case, as the deceased was an agriculture labourer. She would submit

that future prospects can be awarded in case of the persons who are

employed or who are self employed.
