2. The Appellant by the present Second Appeal is challenging

the judgment and decree dated 12th December 2001 by which

petition seeking decree of divorce on the ground of mental

cruelty was dismissed and the said decree was confirmed by the

learned First Appellate Court by judgment and decree dated 19 th

October 2004.

3. To explore the possibility of settlement, the Second Appeal,

is adjourned to 1st August 2023 at 2.30 pm. To be shown in the

supplementary board.
