     PER COURT :-

1. The appellant/accused has been produced on V. C., as

per his request.

2. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, in

Sessions Case No.392 of 2016, dated 13.02.2019 convicted the

appellant/accused to suffer R.I. for 10 years. During the course

of conversation, it was experienced that he is well aware of his

conviction. He has requested to this Court to dispose of this

appeal, as he does not want to proceed with the appeal and

wish to undergo the sentence imposed upon him. The Court

explained him that if he wish to conduct the appeal, the legal

aid may be provided to him. But, he is sure and confident that

he does not want to proceed with the appeal and wish to

undergo the complete sentence. It seems that he is voluntarily

wishing to withdraw the appeal and not interested to take the

legal assistance to find out the correctness of the impugned

judgment and order.

3. In view of that matter, the appeal stands dismissed of as

withdrawn.

4. Record and Proceedings be returned to the learned Trial

Court.
