It is contended, that the petitioner is a temporary employee and therefore, unless there is a condition in his order of appointment regarding his transfer, the employer is prohibited from transferring him. It is also contended, that the Bombay model standing orders also do not provide for transfer, considering which, the impugned judgment which dismisses the complaint challenging the transfer from Nagpur to Yaiaon in Wardha District is not sustainable.

2. List the matter on 5th July, 2023, by which time, the learned counsel shall point out the appropriate position.
