01/10/2018 delivered in C.R. No. 337 of 2013 wherein the

applicant/accused was prosecuted for the offence punishable

under section 323 of IPC and section 12 of the POCSO Act and he

is acquitted.

2. In view of the aforesaid judgment of acquittal of the present

applicant, nothing survives in the application.

3. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
