 INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1366 OF 2022

1. The State has filed present application seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award under Section 28-A(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

2. The impugned Judgment is dated 20th October, 2017. The applicant has filed present appeal on 7th April, 2021.

3. For the reasons stated in the paragraph 3 of the application, the delay is condoned. The The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

4. List the First Appeal "For Admission" on 1st March, 2023. In the meantime, the appellant is permitted to file reply affidavit in Interim Application No.1473 of 2023.
