Dr. Saraf, learned Advocate General submitted that, in

pursuance of Order dated 3rd October, 2022, in the Additional Affidavit

dated 11th November, 2022 filed by the Chief Secretary, Government of

Maharashtra, the State has placed on record effective measures and/or

steps taken by it in compliance with the directions issued in paragraph

No.34 of Judgment dated 1st March, 2017. He submitted that, most of the

directions issued thereof have been complied with by the State, however

the directions mentioned in paragraphs Nos. (a) and (b) thereof are partly

complied with and balance of it are being complied with by taking

necessary measures. He submitted that, the State may produce on record a

chart detailing the effective measure taken by it in that behalf on the next

date of hearing.

2) In view thereof and at his request stand over to 21 st February,

2023.
