In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within eight weeks, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 26.10.2021 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Reference No.407 of 2016.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
