in view of the judgment in case of Vijay Arjun Bhagat and others Vs.

Nana Laxdman Tapkire and others, (2018) 6 SCC 727 the additional

question of law can be formulated though substantial question of law

formulated earlier. The learned counsel for the respondents concede

the legal position. Time granted to the learned counsel for the

appellants to place the draft of substantial question of law involved in

this case by the next date.
